Coordinator of PNAID and GAID alongside the Secretary of State for Portuguese Communities and her predecessor since 2020, she was the CEO and founder of SPA Consultoria Arregaçar as Mangas – Development, Social Innovation, and Entrepreneurship, focusing on Lusophone Africa. She has extensive experience in designing, implementing, and evaluating entrepreneurship, social inclusion, and sustainable development programs, particularly in low-density territories within Portugal's interior. She serves as an expert for the European Union in evaluating HORIZON applications and is involved in the GLOCAL Initiative, the EDP Sustainable Entrepreneurship Award, and IAPMEI's Entrepreneurship Passport. She holds a degree in Economics from the University of Coimbra and has completed various specialized training programs.
