Member of the Board of Directors of the Portuguese Diaspora Council and Vice President of Embraer in Europe, responsible for leading negotiations with governments and managing external relations in Europe, the Middle East, and Africa for one of the largest manufacturers in commercial, executive, agricultural, defense, and security aviation. He is a Member of the Advisory Board of AICEP and the Portuguese-Brazilian Chamber of Commerce and Industry. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering and a master's in Management of Technology and Engineering Policies, specializing in economic compensations associated with public acquisitions, from Instituto Superior Técnico. Additionally, he holds a master's in Diplomacy and International Relations from the Geneva School of Diplomacy.
