Reaching the end of the Executive Master in Marketing Management is deeply rewarding. Becoming the best version of ourselves takes effort, commitment, and perseverance—but it is always worth it! (And in our case, it even involved some physical work during a team-building experience with the Portuguese Marines... carrying fire extinguishers was definitely not on my marketing syllabus! ) I feel that I’ve completed another important chapter in my journey—not only academically, but also personally and professionally. I leave this experience with greater clarity, a more critical mindset, and certainly higher standards in the way I think about and practice marketing. Throughout these months, I was constantly challenged to step outside my comfort zone, question assumptions, and reflect on my own professional practice with a new level of maturity. It reinforced my belief that continuous learning is no longer optional for anyone who wants to keep pace with the rapid and complex evolution of our field. It’s impossible to reach this milestone without expressing my sincere gratitude to the entire faculty for the knowledge they shared, the valuable insights they offered, and the many real-world examples they brought into the classroom. Every course, every seminar, and every discussion helped shape us into better professionals—and, above all, professionals who are more aware of the responsibility we carry when working with brands, people, and businesses. Although this chapter has come to an end, it doesn’t feel like the end of the journey. If anything, it has inspired me to keep learning, studying, and growing, honoring everything this Executive Master has given me. ISCTE Executive Education is a place that welcomes you, broadens your horizons, and leaves a lasting impact. That’s why there’s a bittersweet feeling today. For months, this was where we gathered with classmates and professors who will leave us with unforgettable memories. And while every lecturer and mentor played an invaluable role throughout this journey, I would like to give a special mention to a few people who left a particularly lasting impression: João Faria Gomes – I'll never look at an egg the same way again! Isabel Soromenho Sequeira – You showed us that marketing is, above all, about people, and that without people driving it forward, nothing truly happens. Luís Martins & Natanael Baptista – You introduced me to the fascinating world of retail, a field that was completely new to me, and showed me just how challenging and exciting it can be. Rogério Canhoto – The phrase that will stay with me and perfectly captures how communication should be simplified to create impact: *"What's in it for me?"* As important as the faculty were, I also want to thank my classmates, who shared the best moments, the toughest challenges, and the inevitable frustrations along the way. This journey simply would not have been the same without you. And last, but certainly not least, thank you to my incredible team at work for always supporting me and keeping the ship afloat while I pursued this challenge. See you soon!

It’s 7:45 PM on July 3rd, 2026, and I’ve just submitted the final report for Bel’s seminar, brilliantly led by Liliana Parreira. Submitting this report also marks the completion of my Postgraduate Program in Marketing Management at ISCTE Executive Education. These have been 10 intense months, balancing academic commitments with my professional career and everyday life.
