Miguel Ângelo Silva

Miguel Angelo Silva is the head of a Software Engineering team in one of the biggest European engineering company. He has a Msc in Computer Engineering at ISCTE and he achived is Bsc graduation at FCT-UNL also in Computer Engineering.

He has been working since 2009 in the ITSM area in the telecomunications industry, first as Developer than as and Architect and lately is responsibility is to manage a DevOps team that manages and implements one of the biggest Service Now instances in the world.

He's also the author of several scientific papers in the area of Information Technology scpeccially covering the DevOps framework

Is main interest is related with Agile methodologies (SCRUM, DevOps, etc) and his passion is to coach people in order to retrieve the best out of them.
