José Palma is a senior manager for Altice Portugal, where he heads the Telco Digital Transformation Engineering Unit. In his role he provides definition of architectures and strategic orientations for Network´s and OSS technologies.

José Palma has accumulated more than twenty years on ICT, engineering and telecommunications experience, with a broad organization and technologies Operator’s overview. He has more than ten years’ experience on Telco Cloud virtualization technologies, 5G, automation and agile methodologies, evangelizing and paving the way for the telco digital transformation, persuading business efficiency and agility.
