I have the belief that reflection and research-based work should be holding hands with action. As most as I believe that sharing and volunteer work enrich us as human beings, and therefore, volunteer work is also part of my schedule. I love learning, so I would say that what best defines me as a coach is the curiosity that allows my clients to reach higher levels of self-awareness so they can enhance and outdo in their leadership roles (many working in virtual and multicultural environments).
